I know you’ve specifically addressed this comment to Michael – as has Dan in his comment that followed yours. I know Michael reads all the comments being posted. I also know that as much as he appreciates those that are thanking him personally, as both of you are doing here, it’s just not his policy in general to reply back with: “you’re welcome” or something similar. I say this, simply because I think there are some of us that might take personally this missing bit of closure. If I could say: “you’re welcome” for him and it made any difference to you, then I would do so; but I can’t — despite having done it before — I think — LOL.
